Dear Volunteers, We are in need of some awesome volunteers to help with cleaning our technology before we put it away for the summer.  If you have anytime this Thursday afternoon or Friday morning please let your classroom teacher know so that we can have enough cloths to wipe everything down. Highlights : • Today in writing, we did handwriting - Juliana • In gym, we did a river boat challenge.  We had to cross the gym with mats wihtout touching the floor - Theodore • Today we did math.  We did patterns - Jose • This morning, we did read to self - Macy • Today we read The One and Only Ivan.  There is less than 100 pages left! - Sophie • Today we our first hearing and sounds centers.  It a was really fun and noisy - Jack Reminders : •  On Monday is picture day for all grade 3 classes together - Emily

Today we did Math and we did patterns in partners. We worked with blocks. We had to start with a core and had our partners figure out the pattern we made for them. –Macy Today in the morning we did Jeopardy. We had to choose a category about rocks and answer the questions on the jeopardy board in groups.   –Manreet Today buddies got cancelled because they went to the zoo so we did silent reading and worked on problem solving. –Robert In literacy we did read to self or read to a partner. Some people worked in their reading response journals. –Juliana and Shaelyn Reminders: Please bring tissue boxes, and toilet paper rolls for our Hearing and Sound unit centres which we will be starting on Thursday –Manreet

Highlights: • Today in music we did xylophone - Jose • Today in gym, we played skittles - Brady • Today we had a bike assembly about bike safety - Shaelyn • Today we were playing a Jeopardy Rocks and Minerals game - Nirat and Griffin • In the morning, we did read to self - Macy Reminders: • Bring back your Bell Music Centre Field Trip forms.  The trip is on Monday - Manreet and Jack • Make sure you come at 9am tomorrow for the field trip bus to Mary Poppins - Theodore and Bassam
